HELPED BUYERS GET DREAM HOME
When Mike and I called Scott to look at a house he always met us at a location within a reasonable amount of time. A couple of times, we had to call Scott on short notice to meet us at a location that we had a big interest in. We knew the house we were looking at would have several offers and we wanted to be on the top of the list. Scott was always within an hour of our request. Because of Scott's quick response time we had an offer on the house of our dreams within a short amount of time and our offer was accepted. Scott would stay connected with us and do what he had to do to get the job done. Thanks Scott!

GREAT DEAL IN NAMPA
In the Fall of 2009 I became interested in purchasing a new house. Unsure of the type of real estate I wanted, I contacted my now Real Estate Agent and Investment Advisor, R. Scott Smith through the popular website Craigslist.
Immediately Scott was there to help. We looked at several homes around the Treasure Valley and I began to get an idea of my price range and desires, as a first time home buyer. It seems Scott was always there at MY convenience, which was absolutely awesome, because my work is seasonal and can be very demanding of my time.
Once we found the house I wanted, we made an offer and Scott wasted no time getting the ball rolling.
I ended up investing in a property I am very happy with.
I would recommend Scott's service to anyone in buying properties for any reason. I believe Scott's knowledge in the real estate market, his patience in dealing with difficult situations that often arise in the home buying process and his willingness to help, make him a top rate Realtor.
I plan to have Scott help me with my future real estate and investment transactions.
Sincerely,
John McCullough
